Awesome job ladies!!
1: 30 minutes, 2 miles Leslie Sansone, 60 minutes 4 miles Leslie Sansone
I challenged myself to wake up early 2x this week and I did it...now next week will be 3x, 20 push ups
2. Leslie Sansone, 4 miles= 60 minutes, 50 sit ups
3. 1 hour Leslie Sansone: 30 min. walk and kick and 30 minute high intensity walk with 2# weights
4. 3.5 miles Leslie Sanson.... walk and jog and power mile= 50 minutes
5. Leslie Sansone 4 mile super challenge= 1 hour...I almost forgot....w/ 2# weights
6. break today---sick
7. Leslie Sansone....30 minute walk and kick, 30 minute walk and jog
8. 30 minute Leslie..walk and jog. I only had time for 30 min. today. I helped my hubby try out the boat since the ice was off a lake near our house. He wants to make sure it runs for the big male holiday...opening fishing. Everything works great and it was fun tooling around the lake in the sunshine!
9. helped hubby prepare for fishing
10. fishing all day....fun, but cold and when we got home I slepped and vegged on the couch! We were fishing on the water by 5:30 am...sounds crazy, I know. I only do this early fishing thing once a year to be a nice wife and friend...the rest of the year we fish during normal hours and normal weather!
11. cooked, cleaned all day.....nice day. Mom and Grandma were happy. Leslie Sansone 4 miles ( 60 minutes)
12. 30 minute walk (Leslie Sansone) 2miles
13. 30 minute walk and jog (Leslie)2.5 miles
14. 60 minute intensity walk (Leslie) 4 miles
15. no working out...corrected paperwork
16. 60 minutes intensity walk 4 miles
17. 60 minutes walk and jog and walk and kick
18. break....fishing w/husband
19. 60 minutes...walk and jog 2x...whew, 5 miles
20. 30 minute walk and jog, 60 minute 4 mile walk
21. 30 minute walk and jog, 1 hour softball and 5 minutes on a bungee toy.
Our high school had an end of the year party called "Chillax". The students played the teachers in softball...and they kicked our butts by the way and then I was talked into trying this inflatable huge thing. You get harnessed to a massive bungee and there are 3 lanes. So, 3 of us teachers decided to try...much to the amazement and laughter of our students! You run down your lane and try to stick your velcro ball the farthest down the lane. But...the farther you go to stick your ball, the harder and faster your bungee cord whips you backwards. And let me tell you...my neck and back are very sore today from flying backwards and falling on my head! It was full of air, but I am sore. I told the teachers it couldn't be from softball, we all barely made it past 1st base. We were way outnumbered so no matter where we hit it, there was a kid in the outfield grabbing it and tagging you out. It's so fun to be with students in a non-classroom setting every once in awhile. They can see that we are human after all
21. Break today....packing and organizing for long Memorial weekend trip to a resort on a lake. Yea!

awesome job everyone....keep on working!
