Oh No Lyssa!! That would stink!!

Everyone's goals are awesome this week!!

I can't believe its Monday already and I have so much to do!! I am just in one of those get it done kind of moods. And when I get in that mood it has to be done now!! UGH!! I hate that! Tom is on the way (still) but for some reason its holding out but has my horomones rolling!! GOOD GRIEF!!

I got my 3 miles in this morning and I am off to get everything done!! Have a great day!!

Good morning Good morning!!!

Yall have some fabulous goals this week! So happy on my side, we went grocery shopping this weekend, and I have salad and veggies and good stuff to eat this week!

My goals are:
Work on my positive thinking
Drink 120 oz of water every day
No BINGE eating
No fast food

I am going to post another goal for myself. I am going to exercise at least 2x in the morning this week, as well as after work. I laid in bed for 45 minutes telling myself to exercise, but I just laid there. So now that it is out in the open for all to see....I have to do it. Wish me luck!

Good luck! You know I'll be watching in the other fourm You can totally do it!! Think small if that helps - 20 min or something to make it seem do-able!

You all have some fantastic goals this week!!! Can't wait to see the goals happen and the poundage and inchage come off some more...

i had a weekend slump on my eating - not so great. need to stay cool even when stressed with the eats. that's my goal...

OMG I am just going to say this I know all you girls know where I am coming from but if Tom doesn't get here I may kill someone or cry myself to death!! GOOD GRIEF!! What is up with this!! I guess the exercise has delayed it not sure.

good afternoon Diamonds just checking in, im still sick ,so no walking for me today, but i have to work the night shift the next 2 days, i used all my sick days when i was in the hosp so now i got to go to work sick,i hope you are all having a great day,GO Diamonds
