My goals for the week are :
1. Drink at least 5 glasses of water per day.
2. Exercise for at least 45 min on 5 days this week.
3. Eat fruit and vegetables with each meal.
4. Only eat out 1 time this week.
5. STAY POSITIVE

My challange to the everyone this week is to eat out less and get out and enjoy the spring weather..

that's awesome! when i first read this i thought it said "I'm ready for a kick in the ass this week." I had my foot already to go and then i re-read it

Good Evening , Hope all are shinning bright!Lol I just wanted to say that I did good on my eating today and I go to weight watchers tomorrow. I didn't do any exersize today but I'm gonna try and wlk tomorrow after weigh in.
Tanis- You made some good positive gaols,Great Job!!
Cathy- You made good gaols too.
Lyssa-Great gaols, wish I could move that much(exersizing), and good luck on the pop, it is a hard thing to change. I used to drink alot of it and I gave it up for lent ,did good during lent, but now I've falling.I have a least 3 or 4 a week.
Annia- Inches are better then weight.
Jennifer-Good gaols , eating out once a week should be my challenge too!Thanks.

Debbie -- A kick in the ass is really what I need!...maybe you were reading my mind.

I had 3 diet dr peppers today, only b/c the dog made me get out and go to the store again...because she tried to eat ANOTHER internet cord....so off to Target I went.

I did get two walks and pilates in today

Just a little note to tell you guys that I love your new name! Rockstars love Bling so you know we would have to love your name!

I love your leader, she is such a super gal. You guys can pull it together and rise to the top, if you just work on building real team spirit, by developing relationships between each other so that you feel super supported. I truly believe that is the key to weight loss.

Great job on the exercise! Think about how you want that kick and i'm happy to do it!!!! Daily nudges? YELLING! Food log checker?? Whatever ya like - i'm yours.

Also, you ever look into doggie obedience school? i know it sounds silly, but i did puppy and dog training with Moses forever ago and it was really helpful. i can come back to some of the ideas when he starts slacking. and now he's the best. i can walk him off leash every where, etc. he's also 12 and when he was 2 he was still rowdy! anyway, just a thought since poochie is giving you an alibi to bad eating and bad sleep

Well, guys....today has not started to well. I knocked my laptop off the table and now the ethernet connection is JACKED....so I won't be able to get on at home anymore for a while until I figure out what else I can do. Please send weigh ins to me by noon on Saturday. I am going to have to cut it off at noon, because of my internet availability right now. I will send out emails to all those Diamonds that don't check the forum. Also, you can email me at aggal73@yahoo.com (I may get my internet on my blackberry again, unfortunately, I can't access buddyslim from there)....or text me at 512-773-7391. Be sure if you text me, let me know who you are ....Thanks so much in advance for doing this. This will make the weigh in easier for me, without having a computer.
