Hi , This is Rachel. I am so excited about the challange and just read about the blog an dcame here. My weigh ins are on Monday (your Sunday) so tomorrow I will post my loss. I love this challnage and good motivation!

Hey ppls!! Im down 4 pds this week.

OK, I'm a little nervous I may not get to stay in long (taking my kiddos on a 4 day festival field trip in a few weeks and all planned meal stops are fast food ) but I'll give it a good and we'll see if I can find a way to make it.

I'm down 2.5 this week. And now I'm getting offline to go for a walk (Just look what you've inspired me to do!)
