Default Re: 2 Month CHALLENGE!!

Has anyone seen "I can make you thin" with Paul McKenna? It's a great show for weight loss!! So what I have learned from that is to eat whatever is on your plate, but after every bite, put your fork down and chew chew chew your food!! You will feel full quicker. He also says that when you are hungry... eat!! Which seemed odd to me as well, but again.. chew chew your food!! I also said no more to junk food and/or soda. (Except I cheated this week. Shh)

Along with this "tactic" which has been working for me.. I also make sure I walk and do stairs whenever possible, do jump ropes at night (i dont have one, but I do the motions, as if i did) around 150 each night, I also do 400 crunches, which are easier then they sound, and other various stretches.

If anyone has any other ideas or changes.. let me know!!
