Default Super Skinny Rebel Rockstars CHALLENGE thread Week 3

Okay, so for CHALLENGES, I thought it might be fun to have a little healthy competition - everyone in charge of keeping track of their own points for the week and the competition runs from Monday-Sunday everyweek.

Each team member posts their CHALLENGE assignment here and the point value it is worth daily. An example might be that HOLLY challenges us to drink our water - for every 10 ounces, we get a point.

It could be motivational: Respond to 10 blogs for a point, Give 10 booster notes for a point

Actvity: do 20 situps for a point, do 10 squats for a point

Food: Eat all your veggies for 3 points; stay on your plan for 5 points.

Each team member comes up with one challenge and the corresponding point value. This is totally optional, but I thought it might be fun! Good Luck!

Oh Yeah (Winner gets braggin rights :P)

Challenge Summary[/u][/b]

Rockstar Pic (Jennifer) = 5 points
Squats (Lara) Each ten (max 100) = 1 point
Water (Holly) Each 8 oz glass = 1 point, but get 20 points if all 8 oz glasses
Cardio (Jamie) 20 minutes = 1 point
Affirmation (see below - Monica) = 10 points
Not eating after 8:30 PM (Josh) = 4 points
Watching an inspirational program or reading an article (Christina)= 5 points

Activity Challenge #1(Lara's Challenge)

I really need help in my legs and butt to get into that swimsuit, so I am picking squats. For each 10 you do a day, you get 1 point. Maximum is 10 points per day.

Keep track of your own points and turn them in for ALL challenges (we are adding them together by Sunday night). Winner will be declared Monday! Good Luck!

Activity Challenge #1(Roxi's Challenge)

I'm gonna try n do 40 situps(crunches do they count?)
then i'm gonnas do 20 lunges
try n do this daily
n also stay on my plan


p.s. now with point when u blog or post n someones blog how will u now if we done that or do we just need 2 keep count then tell u at the end of the wk?

No....you keep track....

You need to give us one activity (like lunges or sit ups) that everyone is trying to get points for, so on Monday (so far), I could do 50 squats for 5 points and then, if you chose lunges, maybe 50 lunges for 5 points.

The idea is that we would then have a variety of ways to earn points, so choose one of the things that you are challengun yourself to and post it as a challenge to the team
