Cool Super Skinny Rebel Rockstarz!!!

hey since this is a new team n all i was wondering if everyone on it would consider filling out a lil survey about them self just so all the other members of this team can get 2 know each other better! Have fun!!

repost ur answers n this thread (n also if we can keep just the survey results the only thing n this particular thread. just so we can c each others results alil better. Thx

current weight: 220

are u an emotional eater: of course

how much do u want 2 lose: atleast 80 lbs.

is there a certain reason u want 2 lose weight: to be healthy

if so, what's the occasion n when: for life

what r 2 foods,etc things u struggle w/ when dieting: chocolate and water

do u drink water at all: forcibly

if so, how much daily: not nearly enough

what diet/exercise program r u on: low fat

how many days a wk do u follow 2 plan: as often as possible

what r the 5 top things u want 2 do when u reach ur goal weight: go shopping, wave to someone without the flag flying, go to the beach, throw away all these plus size clothes, get my hair cut to match my new hot rocking body.

do u have high/low will power: very, very low when it comes to food

how many weight-loss programs..etc have u done until now: no programs, just blindly stumbling along.

do u have any IM material: ??

if so, which one(s):

do u do better w/ small goals which build 2 a large one later or just a large one
goal 2 begin w/: small to large

do u think ur over weight: according to what technically by the books is over weight, then yes I am, but really...I don't think I am too over weight. It's all in my gut.

current weight: 192.2 as of April 1st, I weigh in again next Tuesday

are u an emotional eater: not really

how much do u want 2 lose: at least 10% of my body weight to start

is there a certain reason u want 2 lose weight: I would like to be in better shape, learn to eat more healty, and loose the gut I've developed.

if so, what's the occasion n when: no special occasion

what r 2 foods,etc things u struggle w/ when dieting: french fries, candy & soda

do u drink water at all: since last week it's almost ALL I drink now, and I am lovin' it.

if so, how much daily: it's been a few 20oz. bottles a day lately

what diet/exercise program r u on: Only the treadmill for excersise on a regular basis. As a new diet I try to regulate what I eat, it's been wheat toast with lite butter for breakfast, an apple or bannana as a snack, lunch has been a salad of some sort (not ceaser...boo!) or turkey, lettuce, tomato on a wheat wrap. Dinner is most typically a grilled chicken or maybe steak with veggies.

how many days a wk do u follow 2 plan: It's been about 10 days and so far every day!!! woohoo

what r the 5 top things u want 2 do when u reach ur goal weight: good question, I will have to think about this

do u have high/low will power: lately it's been really high will power

how many weight-loss programs..etc have u done until now: zero

do u have any IM material: IM material??? I don't know what that means

if so, which one(s):

do u do better w/ small goals which build 2 a large one later or just a large one
goal 2 begin w/: Well I am in the process of finding out, but so far my goals seem to be being met.

Hopefully that helps everybody get to know me a little better!!!

are u an emotional eater: yes and no

how much do u want 2 lose: I want to TRY to be 135 if that suits my body - wont know til I get there

is there a certain reason u want 2 lose weight: healthy and confident

if so, what's the occasion n when:

what r 2 foods,etc things u struggle w/ when dieting: nibbling with kiddoes and eating consistently; I kinda tend to eat too few calories for a couple of days and then over do it - my metabolism is shot

do u drink water at all: nope

if so, how much daily:

what diet/exercise program r u on: weight watchers - ish

how many days a wk do u follow 2 plan: last two weeks almost every day

what r the 5 top things u want 2 do when u reach ur goal weight: see I want blog

do u have high/low will power: depends on how my mood is

how many weight-loss programs..etc have u done until now: since I was like 16

do u have any IM material: yahoo

if so, which one(s):

are u an emotional eater: Um, definitely. Aren't all girls?

how much do u want 2 lose: about 30 pounds

is there a certain reason u want 2 lose weight: To be healthy in general, but more specifically for a trip to Ireland this summer.

if so, what's the occasion n when: I'll be leaving for Ireland for a month in June!!

what r 2 foods,etc things u struggle w/ when dieting: definitely potatoes of ANY type (fries, mashed, baked, sweet, etc) and sweets in general.

do u drink water at all:Yes, and I love it.

if so, how much daily: At least 3 bottles a day.

what diet/exercise program r u on: South Beach ideally, but I haven't been sticking to it.

how many days a wk do u follow 2 plan: I would love to follow it everyday!

what r the 5 top things u want 2 do when u reach ur goal weight: Go hiking more frequently, walk in the Breast Cancer 3 day, go shopping, swimming, and just lead an overall more healthy life.

do u have high/low will power: very low (and I have a boyfriend who definitely is not encouraging me to diet)

how many weight-loss programs..etc have u done until now: Weight Watchers and South Beach

do u have any IM materialo you mean an IM screen name?

if so, which one(s):
