is there a certain reason u want 2 lose weight: To be healthy in general, but more specifically for a trip to Ireland this summer.
if so, what's the occasion n when: I'll be leaving for Ireland for a month in June!!
what r 2 foods,etc things u struggle w/ when dieting: definitely potatoes of ANY type (fries, mashed, baked, sweet, etc) and sweets in general.
do u drink water at all:Yes, and I love it.
if so, how much daily: At least 3 bottles a day.
what diet/exercise program r u on: South Beach ideally, but I haven't been sticking to it.
how many days a wk do u follow 2 plan: I would love to follow it everyday!
what r the 5 top things u want 2 do when u reach ur goal weight: Go hiking more frequently, walk in the Breast Cancer 3 day, go shopping, swimming, and just lead an overall more healthy life.
do u have high/low will power: very low (and I have a boyfriend who definitely is not encouraging me to diet)
how many weight-loss programs..etc have u done until now: Weight Watchers and South Beach
