My goals for the week:

~cardio on treadmill for at LEAST 35 minutes 4x's this week, plus hikes,
jogging outside as extra!
~stay focused and positive, negativity breeds "I don't give a crap"
attitude...to put it bluntly lol
~And SMILE because I am doing this for ME...and when Mama's
happy, everyone's happy!!!!

That's so true about negativity! I think I'll add that to mine too!
My goals:
1. Stay at about 1200 cals/day.
2. Drink 96 oz of water/day.
3. Do lots of outside activities this week in the spring sunshine.
4. Go to bed earlier.
5. Be proud of my progress and stay positive and excited about the future!

Hmmmm... I feel like I am constantly changing my goals, trying to find the perfect combination.

* This week's perfect combination is to stay accountable Monday through Saturday with my Wildcats

* Stay under 1300 calories
* 72 ounces of water / green tea
* move my body in some way every day but Wednesday

*** But here it is - The BIGGEST goal of this week is to stay on plan for 6 straight days! This has been my biggest problem... I'm cruisin' along, feelin' good, and stray off for a day or two (or more). I KNOW I can do 6 days straight.... and this week I am going to prove it to myself!! DO YOU HEAR ME WILDCATS?! I am going to prove that I can stay on track for 6 days straight!! ***

Great plan, Tonya! You can do it--I KNOW you can and you will! I think posting your food and calories is a wonderful way to stay accountable to both yourself and your teammates! If you follow this plan you'll be at 169 before you know it!!!!
