L: Ummm, This is where I got sloppy, but not it the way you think ... I kinda forgot to eat lunch. I was busy all morning cleaning, then I got my shower, and ran out the door to run errands so I could be back by 3 to get my kids from the bus. I did eat a muffin I had in my car for emergencies like this to have with my meds at about 2:00, but that was it till ...
D: Went to Coopers Seafood. I think I did really well concidering the only salad they even have on their menu is a ceaser. No salads with seafood even, which was what I was thinking I would get. Anyway, I had (incert drum roll here) 1(!) Captain & Diet; I buttered a piece of bread while waiting for dinner, but I gave it to my son instead of eating it. I broke it in 1/2 at first but then I just gave him the whole thing, talk about willpower) side salad w/ no crutons (I actually ate around them!!) with not even half of the creamy dill dressing that it came with. About 4 or 5 really tiny shrimp poppers my son got. 1 bite of DH pasta dish he wanted me to taste (argh) And for my meal I had Beef madalions, shrimp, lobster, & mushrooms in some kind of Au Juis sauce with potato gnocchi, but I only ate about 3 of the gnocchi. The whole plate was still covered with them when the waitress took it away. And the meat portion wasn't that big either. Then I was done!!! I ALMOST had a bit of my sons worms & dirt (chocolate pudding) but I didn't!!!! I'm not sure about cal. because of no lunch and eating out, but I made some really good choices so I'm proud of myself!!
I'm going to the circus today, so I'll probably have some popcorn or something, but no biggy, I am in controll this weekend(unlike last)! Have a great weekend everbody!!

Great job Linsey!! Good thing you keep food in your car! Way to go!!

My cravings started for Mcdonalds caramel sundae, oh boy, not too bad yet. I got a big lecture from my mom yesterday about not taking advantage ofmy husband during cravings, I convinced him to buy me a Denny's Breakfast at 1 am the day before yesterday, afterwards I felt really guilty and bad, other than those two things I have been eating home cooked meals that are mainly healthy. I can't stand the smell of raw or cooked chicken so let's see how long that lasts.
I hear ya! I get cravings, but don't even get to act on them before I'm nauseous again! Sucks!! I completely know how you feel about the feeling weak and tired, that is totally me!! Have you been told your official due date yet?

Awesome choices, Linsey! Nicole and Shari, sure hope you both feel better soon!
I do love all the accountablity I see from you all!
Ok, yesterday, I did C1-4, will do C5-8 today, and I did my taebo cardio with weights, and I'm finally down a pound!
I am gonna really push it today, will do hip hop abs and my 30 minute boot camp cardio, too.
My eating has been good. Have you tried the Fresco menu at taco bell? It is really good, had that for dinner last nite and still stayed within my calories! I had oatmeal and banana and prunes for breakfast, then had a light and fit Dannon yogurt for a snack/ Thne had a lean cuisine Southwestern chicken panini and some pretzels for lunch, and a tangelo, and some sugar free cookies for an afternoon snack.
Then for dinner, I had the fresco chicken burrito supreme, and fresco pintos! Was good!
How is everyone today?

For our two very special, pregnant Wild Cats--have you all been eating bananas? I was going through my e-mail today from the last week and Kama had sent me one about all of the good things and uses for bananas! One of the uses listed was to eat them to keep your blood sugar lower during pregnancy and it would help with morning sickness signficantly!

I hope you all are keeping your food down today!

Accountability for Friday:
muffin w/PB - 180
string cheese and yogurt - 105
1/2 serving of peanuts - 80
Lean pocket - 290
large apple - 110
orange - 75
5 dinner rolls - 375
1 cup slumulligan - 300
Total = 1,515 Hmmm... too high... BUT, I worked out with Jillian Michaels and that's gotta count for about 200 cals. Not too bad of a day.

Molly I had forgotten about the banana email, that is right!! Bananas are good for so many things, and potassium, too!

Good job, Pandora! I think your workout will offset it.

Ok, cats, setting up the new serious forum, now, week#53.
