How goes it with everyone else? Everyone is so quiet.

I guess because everyone is out just enjoying the spring. We have been getting out early to walk and then coming back to swim. I make it our PE time since I homeschool.

Snow?! Ugh..I bet you guys are wondering if it will ever end. We are supposed to get rain all weekend. ~bummer~ Its my niece's 2nd birthday so I guess we will have to move the festivities indoors.

My daughter has taken to riding her bike instead of walking. So yesterday I decided I would take a turn. Man oh man..lol...I took my turn when we came to the horrible hill in our neighborhood. I am not kidding when I say this hill is mean mean mean. Even just walking it, you really have to dig your feet in to get up it. So I figured I better get a "running" start....HA..it didnt do any good. once I got to the steepest part I had to stop. I didnt quit though..I stood up on the pedals and dug into it. I made it to the top. Going down was much more fun though Needless to say mom has some sore legs. lol

But we made 10 miles between Tuesday & Wednesday.

Tiffany I had to chuckle. I just was thinking wow I haven't rode a bike in so long. I probably would of got off the bike and walked the hill. You are brave. LOL I got 2 miles in today. My back is still hurting and I can't get to the doctors until Monday. I have no clue what I did to deserve all this pain in my back. Might be stress. Still can't find my lost item. I have to give up looking I guess. I was just wondering what is everyone paying for gas in their area?? We are at $3.74 here and every day it goes up two cents. Keeps going like this we will have to walk everywhere.

Early morning here. We had a big thunder storm last night and more due today. I have relatives visiting plus came down with a bad spring cold. Sore throat, coughting, headache........and to think I went the entire long hard winter healthy as can be. I just want to put my head on a pillow and sleep........not much walking the last few days but I'm hoping to do some serious catching up in May!

I am so sorry Zina and Gale that you ladies are sick. Please take care of yourself, OK?

Annia, good job on walking and Nicole, it's so nice to see how you fit walking into everything. You are on a mission girl.

I only walked 2 miles yesterday. My total is 172. But I will walk more today, hopefully.

No snow here, no rain, it's sunny and nice.

Down here we are paying $3.49 a gallon in most places. What worries me is first we are having these huge gas price increases....then a rice shortage...what is next? Will we be fighting over the last loaf of bread on the shelf?! Its just crazy.

Better grow your own chickens and have your own fresh egg, right Tiffany?

The prices are crazy and the world is suffering from hunger already. Makes me think twice about overeating.

Well, i got 4 more miles yesterday walking and 6 today. So I am on a roll. Plus I have less than 100 miles to walk now. Which is good, because my belly seems to be getting bigger everyday and it is becoming harder and harder to do all this walking.
