I'm back. I swear I can't go visit my boyfriend without gaining weight. It's ridiculous. And he's totally not a snacker which keeps me from snacking and otherwise I don't overeat! Ok, let's be honest, I drank more beer on Friday and Saturday, Saturday night than I have in a LONG time. And boy was I paying for it on Sunday. At least I had fun.

So, we won't even venture into my eats for this past weekend. And today was horrible as well as it is opening baseball day and Progressive (the company I work for) has a contract w/ the Cleveland Indians so they catered in all kinds of food and popcorn and cracker jacks. Ugh, it was tasty but worth it? Ok, maybe. And we played Wiffle Ball for 2 hrs. I love my job.
So here goes...
Breakfast: 1 alt bagel w/ peanut butter, 1 cup skim milk.
Snack: 1/2 cinnamon bagel w/ cream cheese
Lunch: Hot dog, sauerkraut, a couple tortilla chips w/ salsa. 2 bites of Potato salad, about a tbsp of baked beans, some popcorn and some crackerjacks. 1 diet coke.
Dinner: 8 oz cocktail shrimp, steamed asparagus
Snack: not sure at this time.
I hope everyone had a great weekend. I can't wait to get back on plan. Went grocery shopping this evening. Stayed away from the middle aisles and stuck w/ the perimeter. Let's hope for the best!
