Whooo Hoooooooo Sandy!!
Glad you are feeling better Debbie. Who knows why I gained. However appetite has improved since I am feeling better too.
Debbie, I wanted to know how you make cinnamon fried tomato. Not sure if I would like that but I might try it.

March 30-

oatmeal
prunes
country omellete at IHOP
onion rings
potato
sausage with green peppers
I am so embarrassed I ate horrible today... I walked 7.76 miles for exercise today.

I did kind of bad here. I had a whole wheat tortilla with egg beaters, and two slices of turkey bacon.

For lunch, I had a two meal combo from Panda Express (I hate half of it, and ate the rest of it later.) It was Orange Chicken, Two Veggie Egg Rolls, Fried Rice, and Chow Mein. I realized while it was good, it was so greasy!

Snack-String Cheese, and almonds.

Dinner-I am making it in half hour but probably whole wheat pasta, sauce made with turkey meat and marina saunce. Probably some steamed veggies.

that's alot of miles! sorry for tha bad eats yesterday, zina, keep moving on and you'll be ok!

the tomatoes were easy - need to get measurements for you, but basically i mixed some whole wheat flour with cinammin and cumin then dipped some sliced firmed tomatoes in that mix. Put in skillet with olive oil (one tablespoon for whole batch, although i did add some spray later on) for about 1-2 min each side. it was great!

Monday 3/31
Breakfast: 2 banana bread muffins and 17 oz water bottle
Lunch: went out to Applebee's after my husband's appointment. I ordered off the weight watchers menu. chipotle chicken and veggies: peppers, corn, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, FF cheese in a grilled whole wheat tortilla. It was kind of like a quesadilla and diet coke. It was really good!
snack: m&m cookie and 1 small leftover chicken strip
Dinner: chili and corn bread, skim milk

I'm back. I swear I can't go visit my boyfriend without gaining weight. It's ridiculous. And he's totally not a snacker which keeps me from snacking and otherwise I don't overeat! Ok, let's be honest, I drank more beer on Friday and Saturday, Saturday night than I have in a LONG time. And boy was I paying for it on Sunday. At least I had fun. So, we won't even venture into my eats for this past weekend. And today was horrible as well as it is opening baseball day and Progressive (the company I work for) has a contract w/ the Cleveland Indians so they catered in all kinds of food and popcorn and cracker jacks. Ugh, it was tasty but worth it? Ok, maybe. And we played Wiffle Ball for 2 hrs. I love my job.

So here goes...

Breakfast: 1 alt bagel w/ peanut butter, 1 cup skim milk.
Snack: 1/2 cinnamon bagel w/ cream cheese
Lunch: Hot dog, sauerkraut, a couple tortilla chips w/ salsa. 2 bites of Potato salad, about a tbsp of baked beans, some popcorn and some crackerjacks. 1 diet coke.
Dinner: 8 oz cocktail shrimp, steamed asparagus
Snack: not sure at this time.

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I can't wait to get back on plan. Went grocery shopping this evening. Stayed away from the middle aisles and stuck w/ the perimeter. Let's hope for the best!

Debbie....yay for April!

last day of March:

stomach a mess this morning - seeing a trend after eating badly on weekend...was fine until last night's Indian food and i chose fried food and a rich veggie dish that i never get. so paid with upset stomach today...also no scak last night made an empty belly which for pregnancy leads to nausea and dizziness.

still congested. mood staying good. got tired this afternoon - allergy head - but powered thru and it went away. came back for a little after walking the dog.

bfast: forced myself to eat yogurt w. granola, fruit, water, tea
sn: none...the rest of b-fast
lunch: weak/hingry but upset tummy: cheese sandwich. started a lemonade but didn't really drink it until tonight. drank water.
sn: none cuz lunch so late
dinner: lentil soup, salad, seeded/whole grain bread, water/lemonade
sn: pita chips with hummus.

so what i've learned so far is that it seems liek i am congested all the time. y stomach aches may be what i'm eating afterall plus all the congestion and i eat alot but i must be exercising the right amount cuz i am steady at my weight. i now know how to eat to be 160. wish i could've gotten down to 145 before i got preggers and learned how to eat there! cuz, now if i eat less, i lose - like this weekend...and i'm not supposed to lose. funny dilemms here, eh? anyway see y'all in April!

thanks so much for doing this with me!

Sandy - post up your ideas on a blog! I can't get it together to do it and leave Wed a.m. I love your 1 day plan!!!
