So I haven't done so well today. A little upsetting but that's okay. At least I didn't eat that pack of reeses cups I wanted. Ugh. So here goes:
Breakfast: 3/4 cups LIFE cereal w/ 1/2 cup skim milk. 6 strawberries.
Snack: banana
Lunch: chicken cheese quesadilla. But I made it myself--1 light wheat tortilla. 1/4 cup light cheese. 1/4 cup diced chicken breast. 1 tbsp ff sour cream. 2 ounce FF Pringles. 1 ff sugar free pudding cup.
Dinner: 1 cup pasta noodles. lots of asparagus. 1/4 cup diced chicken breast.
Snack: 3/4 cup LIFE cereal w/ 1/2 cup skim milk.
I've drank 4 bottles of water today which isn't nearly as much as I usually drink and my roommate still hasn't bought water yet.

I refuse. I'm trying to prove a point! AND I hope I'm done eating for the evening but Debbie, like you, I am a snacker! Especially in the evening time. Will power. I have it, right???
