Ok Fitness Fanatics- Here is our new forum for a new week.

Challenges for the Week:

Sunday- Post your weekly goals

Monday:
Challenge 1: Situps (50)
Challnege 2- Drink at least 10 cups of water (post how many you drink)

Tuesday:
Challenge 1: Pushups (50)
Challenge 2- No Sweets today

Wednesday:
Challenge 1- Jumping Jacks (35)
Challenge 2- No bread today

Thursday:
Challenge 1- Bi-cep Curls (40)
Challenge 2- No sodas today

Friday:
Challenge 1- Reverse Crunches (40)
Challenge 2-eat at least 3 fruits today

Saturday:
Challenge 1- last minute workout (shoulder presses- 35

WEEKLY GOAL: Complete team challenge
make it to the gym despite root canal on Monday and 2 tooth getting pulled on Friday.

Kim, I really like the challenges you posted for the week for all of us. That is a great idea!
1) I plan to try to walk 6,000 steps daily this week (I have a pedometer)
2) stop the night time eating
3) keep writing down what I eat and calorie totals--1200 calories max daily
4) Check in with Traci daily and encourage ALL on our team

Weekly Goal:
Work out 6 times this week at the gym. Including something new for me spinning 2-3 times during the week.
Try to eat under 1200 calories each day.
Increase my water intake to 6-8 glasses per day.
My weight goal is to reach 152 pounds.

i'm so glad we have partners and challenges, that makes me want to work a little bit harder!

my goals this week:
1) do all the challenges
2) count calories, trying to keep it under 1400 (plan is to drink lots of water and distract myself when i start to feel a craving coming on)
3) get a gym membership wednesday
4) work out at least 5x
5) check in with monica and the rest of the team to try to keep everyone (including myself) motivated
6) lose 2 lbs, since i hardly lost any last week
