My goals for the week:

-Support my team
-Lose 2 pounds this week
-Stick to my weight watchers points
-Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily

My goals for week # 1 March 3-8
-To exercise at least 30 minutes 3 times this week
-Cut back on the pop and start drinking more water
-Lose 2 pounds
-Try to get my self into motion more I have a desk job

Hi everyone!

My goals for this week:
-Test out this Thrive Diet (I bought tons of "organic" groceries for it, so no turning back now!!!)
-Log at least 30minutes of exercise for five days
-Lose 2 pounds

- stick to my Jenny plan all week
- go to the gym at least 4 days
- support everyone here and make sure they know they can do this!!!

Exercise for 30 minutes @ least 3 times this week. Use stability ball more often this week.

Drink more water everyday.

Work on meal planning so that I can prepare healthy meals each day and not resort to fast unhealthy meals.

Lose 2 pounds.
