Monica - ugh, a sinus infection.. that sucks. I don't know about there, but there is a huge breakout of respiratory flu here, so I hope everyone is taking their Vitamin C!

The Thrive Diet is a good idea... in theory... but honestly, I will never be the type of person who enjoys eating seaweed. Sorry. So, after spending all this money on "health food" and all day yesterday making meals, I found only one recipe I liked. Which means, I overate - big time - at work, and am feeling the emotional detriments of tha today. I've decided instead of following the meal plan by the letter, I am going to browse through and find recipes that sound good, and eat them in any order I wish (lol). I don't know if I will be able to go 100% on this diet though, I might have to get Subway or something for a dinner. My main thing is no eating at work. I think I'm going to put that in my goals.

Okay, but I'll stop blabbering now! I hope everyone has a great Tuesday!
I've never heard of the Thrive diet, but seaweed does not sound appealing! Hang in there if it's something you're really committed too. Or just work on counting your calories and exercising more. Deprivation is such a terror!!

I walked 5, 079 steps. It's Tues. and 2ish in the afternoon and only have 2,397 so I better get up and shake my booty. Gale

Which would you rather have, Gale? Bob or Jillian? I say Bob - he's awesome in the video I have. Jillian scares me! Maybe she would be better then?

How'd you do with accomplishing the rest of your daily goal?

Well, team, I have done well on my weekly goals so far. I wasn't planning on taking my one day off (from exercise) so early on in the week, but I'm going to have to. The past two days have been really exhausting at work. I am a preschool teacher (3's class) and have 4 new students as of last week. Their 2's class was SO much different than mine that they have just been tough! Now the kids that have been in the 3's class for a while are starting to act up too... oh how fun it is to work with preschoolers! (J/K, I absolutely LOVE it!!)
Anyway - I'm off to bed!!! Tomorrow is my day off, so I will be packing (we're moving on the 15th) and will get an extra workout in while my kiddos are napping. Ttyl!!
