Getting that workout in when you're already a bit sore is great, Tanis.

Sorry you guys don't get any other WATP workouts on Demand. That's all that Time Warner has. Of course, one 2 are more than 30 minutes. Factor in all the commercials and who knows how long they really are.

Nothing like taking measurements in centimeters to get some motivation! Definitely feeling like moving and eating healthy, that's for sure. As soon as William gets up and has his breakfast I'm getting my workout done. Would start now, but can pretty much be assured that if I did, he'd wake up about 10 minutes into it or 25, but would NOT sleep for the whole thing.

Did anyone make it outside yesterday? It was so nice. The kids loved the park. William especially loved the metal twist slide. No shocks for him like on the plastic ones.

I'm with you on that one Diane. I am about to get my workout in. I have got to get clothes in the wash and somethings out of my way so I can concentrate on the video. Without thinking Oh I need to do this and that!! I hate when that happens!!
Thanks for that link Diane. I thought you had to pay for the whole thing. I went on there this morning and checked it out. Im not sure I like the menu though. YUCK!! I HATE EGGS!!
We did get out yesterday. It was fantastic!! The warm weather just makes me feel so good!! WHOO-HOO Haven't felt like that in a while!!

Has anyone tried that drink called FUZE? I tried one yesterday it was Orange Tangerine only 10 cal. per serving. So the whole drink was 20 cal. 2 grams of carbs. But watch which ones you pick because there are some that are over 100 cal. per serving.

Never heard of that drink Tanis. Sounds good though. We never made it to the park yesterday. My son fell asleep in the afternoon and didn't get up til 6:30 pm!! My girls were disappointed but I wasn't about to wake him up because he is a little terror when he doesn't get his naps out. NO THANKS!

Tasha - you're so lucky he still takes naps! Wils hasn't napped in months. Well, he did go to sleep on the way up to Dayton the other day.

Tanis, those menus did look pretty bad, but I thought it was just me - aside from a couple of breakfasts, nothing vegetarian. What I did like about it was that it gave a general idea of how many calories each dvd would burn.

Ok I got in the 3 mile superfat burning. Bad decision on my part I did the video before I ate breakfast so now I am starving.

Those FUZE drinks have 40 mcg of Chromium( which improves the amount of energy you get from food) Vitamin C- 135 mg, Super Citrimax - 450mg (helps to maintain a healthy appetite and helps support a healthy metabolism. Which would be terrific.) L-Carnitine -45 mg (boosts energy. Which Im game for that one too)
So now you have the low down on this drink. Ha-Ha!! I had never heard of it. My sister had bought it and said it was good. So I thought I would try it.
I could use a whole case if its for real. Ha-Ha!!

Ya'll Have a great day!! Its supposed to be 70 here today. But snow flurries on Wed. SO we better enjoy the nice weather today!!

I wish he would nap daily but he picks when he wants or feels the need for nap. (Which isn't very often) I think he must be going through a growth spurt or something. He has been napping more than usual lately. A few days ago, he fell asleep at 6:30 pm and didn't get up til 8:00 the next morning! He never does that. I thought maybe he was getting sick but he is fine.

I always get stressed out when one of the kids sleeps quietly all night and then late the next morning. Don't want to wake them up, but worry if they're okay. Wils sleeps late a couple of times a week. Kiana does about once a month. Never on the same days, though.
