Am i lost? I sent my weigh in to Molly. I am sorry if I goofed! I lost 1 lb. this week.
Goals for next week.
NO school lunches.
Food journal, keep under 1550 calories.
Continue to push water.
Keep my night time snacking to a diet soda.
Jog, walk 40 miles this week.
strength and core workout 3-4 times this week.
Keep up on my reporting daily...
