Good morning, good morning!!
I feel rejuvenated, charged up, and motivated. I bought a dumbell set yesterday, and reset some serious goals. I am also on the lookout for trigger foods! I have so far identified simple carbs and sugar.... duh, right? CARBS AND SUGAR, STAY AWAY FROM ME!! Think that'll work?
