Nice day Lori! Wii still sounds so fun!

Slow day to start the month. After the 4:30 am dog walk I was tired today and took a big fat nap.

1. 60 min dog walk - crunching in the snow (1 - 40, 1- 20, these don't include the 4:30 am one), 20 min stretch/yoga

1. 50 min Biggest Loser cardio workout (includes warm-up & cool down)

Hoping to get at least 60 min in tomorrow! Good night

Good job on the walk! Yhe nap sounds nice, you prob needed it after the walk! Crunching in the snow sounds fun!
I am so happy to be healthy again, sure enjoyed my workout, too!

Count me in too This seems like a great place to keep track of what I do every day. I like to see the progress I do ane what everyone else does. It's motivating!

1. 65 min Billy Blanks "foundation" and 4 team challenges! Also did 60 crunches, bridges and triceps lifts. and Billy Blanks 8 1 minutes power rounds!
