1. 65 min Billy Blanks "foundation" and 4 team challenges! Also did 60 crunches, bridges and triceps lifts. and Billy Blanks 8 1 minutes power rounds!
2 break today
3 40 min Taebo cardio, 4 team challenges, 60 crunches, bridges and triceps
4 45 minute Hip hop abs, 4 team challenges, 60 crunches and bridges, had to do them tonite, but better late than never!
5 45 minute Taebo "energy" dvd, and will do 45 team challenges, 60 bridges, crunches and triceps.
6 45 minute Hip hop abs, 4 team challenges, 60 crunches and bridges, will do 4 team challenges, too!
7 33 min Billy Blanks Bootcamp, 4 team challenges, 60 crunches, bridge and triceps!
8 65 min 5 mile Leslie Sansone dvd, and 4 team challenges, wish me luck the first time I have done this one.

LOL, I love it when the guys think what we are doing is girly and then we whop 'em! Ted even has said Wow! That billy Blanks is a hard workout! They get new respect for us, don't they?

Thats so funny about the tough football players not being able to keep up with the aerobics.
Its so true though.
My son said to his dad thats just crazy the workout mom was doing.
He said you should try it dad. LMAO
I don't see that happenin' anytime soon.

Kama the GET RIPPED DVD I have isn't Billy Blanks its Jari Love.

Kama how did you like the Leslie Sansone?
I really like that one.
I like how its split up into miles and makes it go by faster with the different weights etc. you use.


1. 17 mins. ball exercises, 60 mins. water aerobics, 45 mins. various Wii games (son kicked my butt) good exercise anyway
2. 35 min. walk with hubby out in the blizzard (yup we are crazy), it did get us movin' faster though and thats a good thing
3. 60 mins. GET RIPPED strength training and cardio DVD, team challenges, 50 mins. Leslie Sansone 4 fast miles - since no swimming tonight
4. 17 mins. ball exercises (I'm hooked), 50 mins. cardio 4 fast miles, mini tramp 25 mins.
5. 10 mins. mini tramp, 60 mins. GET RIPPED strength training and cardio DVD, team challenges and 60 mins water aerobics tonight
6. 25 mins. mini tramp, 39 mins. 3 fast miles with hand weights, 17 mins. ab work on the ball and strength training
7. 53 mins. 4 fast miles with hand weights and walk belt, 60 mins. GET RIPPED DVD (made my son do it with me and dang near killed him, lets just say my 17 yr. old has a whole new respect for his dear old mom), 25 mins. mini tramp
8. 60 mins. water aerobics, 5 mins. running up and down the stairs as fast as I could while my son laughed at me

Look at everyone go!! GREAT JOB! I've been so horrible with my workouts since Wednesday. I took a day off too early and it bit me in the butt big time! Back on track for this beautiful new week, though

Do you like the get ripped one? I have alot of workouts, but always opne to something new.
LOL, I would LOVE to see our guys try our workouts, would be a hoot! I bet your son wouldn't be laughing if HE were running up the stairs! You GO girl!

It wore me out! I didn't think that was possible at this stage! I feel it all over today, too! Good thing this is break day! WHEW!!!
