This team thing is really increasing my focus.... I can feel it already!! My goal this week is to lose weight EVEN THOUGH I am flying to see friends from college. My goal is to log in every day that I'm on vacation and record my food and exercise. YEAH LADIES, LET'S DO THIS!!!!

Hi Ladies! My goals for this week are:

1) get up early and jog for 20 minutes each morning!
2) consume atleast 100 ounces of H20 daily!
3) consume atleast 35 grams of fiber daily!
4) 45 minutes on the elliptical mon,tues (30 elliptical/15 weights),wed,thurs (30 elliptical/15 weights),fri
5) Saturday billy blanks tae bo dvd
6) nothing to eat after 6 pm


my starting weight is 195! Come on Heartbreakers we can do this!

Ahhhh girls ( and guys if we have any) thsi is gonna be freakin awesome!!! Sorry, but i must admit that knowing that we're in a "competition" and having the support of you all, i think its going to make it a lot easier to lose the weight!

Goals for the week:
1. Group challenges
2. Watch my eating habits, especially no eating after 8.
3. Jazzercise... at least 4 classes.
