Default February walking/exercise challenge!!

This is where you can post your exercise acheivements! No effort is too small. NO intimidation here, just lots of support and motivation to do our best!

1. my team challenges, and 60 crunches, 60 bridges, and triceps lifts! Sorry, buddies, had a real emotional upset with mom yesterday, was gonna do my cardio last nite, but I was done in and went to bed early.

2 20 mins taebo amped
3 70 minutes walk at gym = 90 mins total
4 50 mins walking + 35 minutes gym=175 mins
5 45 minutes walking + 20 after work= 240 mins
6 45 minutes walking = 285 + 25 after work =310
7 45 minutes walking = 355
8 stood for 6 hours at career fair...dont know how to count that one
9 off
10 off
11 25 minutes walking = 380
12 35 bicycle = 415
13 0
14 0
15 0
16 0
17 0
18 0
19 0
20 30 mins richard simmons = 445
21 30 mins richard simmons = 475
22 20 mins walking = 495
23 45 minutes = 540
24 45 minutes = 585
25 25 minutes = 610
26 none
27 45 minutes =655
28 45 Minutes = 700
29
*** My goal is 1000+ minutes****

YEAH!!!!!! Lyssa, I was totally thinking of you last night and how it would be nice to have you here! This challenge has been sooooooooooooo amazing for me. Just to write it down everyday and come and see our little group and the wonders they do! nothing too little to count!

thanks for getting us started here again Kama
this is great motivation

WELCOME Lyssa!!!!

I got one little cardio workout in this morning on the mini tramp before work
will document after I get some more in.
Woohoo lets go ladies!!!!
