1. 25 mins. mini tramp., 50 mins. 4 fast miles DVD, 10 mins. weights, 8 mins. ab work that almost killed me - hmmm maybe it did some good then? lol I can hope

getting ready to go to a hockey game tonight so think thats it for me workin out other than the laps I walk around the concourse I guess that should be good for a bit of calorie burning

Nice start Lori! Enjoy the game!

1. 45 min elliptical - yes i FINALLY went to the gym!, 30 min dog walk (2 x 15), 20 min yoga/stretches this morn, more stretching/dancing throughout the day, plus vacuuming, mopping, laundry, etc!

Goals:
Strength train on a consistent schedule - at least 5 times, if not 6 a week
Cardio for 20 minutes minimum every single day unless hurt
Continue calorie intake between 1300-1600 every day
Be positive and don't look at the scale as much as measurements!

Day 1: I did a LOT of cardio today just because I needed....something, because I was kind of chubby at the beginning of the week from LAST weekend & brownies & cookies.
So....Zumba class today for 40-45 minutes, stairstepper 10 minutes, arc climber 10 minutes, treadmill for 10 minutes (between 3.5 & 4 mph with incline most time), elliptical 10 minute, and bike with arms for 10 minutes. A little over the top I suppose, but it was good, I didn't get too bored that way.

Okay got another 25 min. mini tramp cardio workout in and then did a ton of walking at the hockey game.
I am actually looking forward to weighing in. Yikes did I say that?

I am in! I took Friday, 2/1, off to rest. I am running in a 5K this morning so I will get at least 3.1 miles in today. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
