Re: February walking/exercise challenge!!
Day 1: I did a LOT of cardio today just because I needed....something, because I was kind of chubby at the beginning of the week from LAST weekend & brownies & cookies.
So....Zumba class today for 40-45 minutes, stairstepper 10 minutes, arc climber 10 minutes, treadmill for 10 minutes (between 3.5 & 4 mph with incline most time), elliptical 10 minute, and bike with arms for 10 minutes. A little over the top I suppose, but it was good, I didn't get too bored that way.
