Well, hopefully this week the scales will be kind to me. I know that a number isn't everything, but it certainly does help to see it go down!

Goals for the week:

1 - Do cardio Sun - Fri for a total of 300 minutes
2 - Drink 1 gallon + water per day, depending on activity
3 - Take vitamins and EFA's daily
4 - 2 complete body strength training workouts
5 - Journal food to keep near 1700 calories a day
6 - Write each day in my journal

I think that's it. Let's have a good week. Even though the scales were not kind this week, my clothes fit just a little better.

Congrats to the rest of my Fox Friends! We did it again!

Congrats to you Fantastic Fours too! You were so close so it looks like we Foxes need to step it up a little more this week.

1. Stay Positive
2. Keep My Journal
3. Stay within my WW points
4. WATER
5. Do My WATP video 6 times this week
6. Cheer on my team!!!

Great Job Angie on your 4 pounds!! And Zina on your 1 pound!!

Good Morning! Got in 45 minutes yesterday. My DD was so disappointed that I'd gone for a walk without her that I took her for a half mile walk after dinner.

Tanis, which watp dvd's do you use? I did one the other night with just the music and it was a rather odd experience, kind of like being the only one who didn't get the joke.

Hey everyone!!! Jessica had a 4 lb loss too this week! Awesome job Angie and Jessica!!! Everyone else too!!!

My goals for the week are to get in 45 mins per day of cardio and do my strength training.
Stay OP and drink my water!!
Make that scale go down!
