My Favorite WATP video is the one called 3 fast miles. I love that one. On that video it has an option to just do the workout with just music. I got tired of hearing all the stuff going on and tried it once and Im pretty sure I looked hilarious!! So needless to say I never did it that way again.
I also have one called Walk Slim where it has a part where you can either jog or walk. That one is ok. But I seem to stick with the fast mile one.

Great job Jessica on your 4 pounds too!! That is Awesome!!

I got in my 30 min. video this morning. Now I have a ton of laundry to do today!! Sounds like fun huh?!

Tanis - It was the 4 mile fast walk that I had only the music on. I won't be doing that again either.

Way to go girls! We are ALL kicking butt! Great goals too! Speaking of goals, here are mine...

1. Try to stay under 1200 calories
2. Drink my 8 glasses of water daily!!!!
3. Keep hitting the gym 6 days a week.
4. Keep Blogging Daily
5. Keep Food Journaling Daily
6. No Eating after 8pm
7. Do Tae Bo on Sundays
8. Try to go swimming once a week.

I did make it to the gym today! Im unfortunatly undereating today for some reason, just not hungry....but we are having a big dinner so it is probably for the best!

Well I got fussy baby again today so Im off and running! Have a great day everyone!

My goals for the week-
I can't think anything I would change from last week so I guess my goal is to just work harder and move that scale. Great job on the 4lb lost, or any lost for that matter. Keep it up.

Just wanted to say GOOD Morning I hope everyone has a great day!!

Sorry Diane, And all you Fox's & Fantastic's I had a really bad day. If its not one thing at this house its another. My son for the past couple of weeks has been in trouble at school. He was good all last week and I thought Yay he learned his lesson. Low and behold I get a call from the teacher at school. Some little girl called him names and said of all things "Stupid" and he hit her. GOOD GRIEF!! He knows there is 0 tolerence in this school first of all but then he hit a girl. I thought I was going to strangle him. So I had to meet with the teacher and the counselor. SO EMBERRASING!! So he ought to be thankful he is still alive. Lord, I'll take him getting in trouble for talking anyday at this point.
So hopefully today will be a better day.
