Ok, here I am at home watching my computer, reading some blogs
So, My "derriere" hurts of being seated so I am going to go downstairs
and dance for a bit, I'll try to do 30min of dancing and 30 min of weights
Maybe I can manage to do another 30 min dancing this eve just to get
my energy up! Now that I can catch up my breath, I just realized how much I missed dancing!!
TTY later people, keep the great work.

Hey everyone!! I'm new to the Wildcats and I'm ready to kick some butt!!
Goals for this week:
1. Stay under 1200 calories a day
2. Drink a gallon+ water a day
3. Run/Walk on treadmill for at least 60 minutes 6 days /week
4. Do at least 5 team challenges 6 days /week
5. Log everything and post daily

I did well Sunday and Monday so I am on track for the week!!
