Ok, I did my boot camp cardio this morning. Will do C1-4 and 60 crunches, 60 bridges and 60 triceps! Be back at lunch!

WE 2/2:

<1400 cal per day
TThSa: 30- 45min strength training
M-F,Su: Abs, 30min cardio, stretching
Water: gallon per day
Daily: take vitamins, drink cup green tea

This past week has been a whirlwind! I was not as focused as needed, it seems like such a challenge to keep it all together when you are running around town all the time!
I believe I have everyone settled down but I am changing to weights on T, TH and Sat. I feel that Saturday gives me a chance to be more successful at getting the workouts in.

]


My goals:

1. Drink 1 gallon water
2. 1200 calories to 1400 calories.... NO MORE
3. Tredmill 5 x's this week
4. Do crunches, reverse crunches, bicycle crunches, leg ab and adductions every night
5. JOURNAL EVERYTHING I PUT IN MY MOUTH



As soon as taxes come my hubby and I are buying a BOWFLEX... YEAH...... !!!!!
