Great plans Molly and way to go Lisa on your 8 pound loss. I have some very exciting news I weighed myself this morning and I had lost 1lb and 14ozs. I can't believe it. WOW I hope my scales aren't broken.

So last week I only lost 1 lb, but I don't really get it. I stuck to my plan. Did extra strength work and still only 1 lb. This week will be different! Here's my plan:
1300 calories daily
64 oz of water daily
Strenth/Toning work 3 days
Various workout dvds with cardio, aerobics, and a little pilates to keep my mind strong at least 5 days
I am hoping for at least 2 lbs gone this week!! I guess we'll see. Lets ALL weigh in next week and win!! Keep up your hard work guys, and I will do mine. Let's go lose some lbs instead of weigh ins!! Great job guys!

We all have weeks like that. I worked hard and was only down 1 half. Could be water, hormones, etc. Hang in there, it will come off. It is normal to have slow times.
