Ok, listen up.
We had 10 no shows today.
We lost the challenge this week
We had a total of 19 pounds lost, and the Hot Rods had 31.
Where are all the Wildcats?

Here is my plan for the week:
1. Control my intakes between 1200-1400 calories a day.
2. 4-5 small bottles of water/Plus some green tea
3. take my vitamins
4. cardio 3 days a week (20-45 min)
5. Weight training 3 days a week
6. Make sure Marta follows lol

Good luck to everyone this week !!

goals for the week:

do 25 mins of Denise Austin

drink water

eat no more than 1200 cals a day

try to stay under 35 fat grams a day

try to be on alittle more and support my teammates

Here's what I am committing to this week:
Daily spin class
Two days of strength training
Calories at 1600 or less
Lots of water
Daily vitamins
Check in on the forums each day
Let's go Wildcats! We can do this!!!!!
