About the elastic bands. I love them. I use them to work my arms and legs a lot. It is easy work for my knees, but I do feel it afterwards. No challenge, no change right guys?!

Great work, everyone! Sorry I haven't been on much today, but I'm back at work this week and I've been running from one meeting to another and dealing with one major issue after another--can't seem to get a break this week! You all are doing an AWESOME job and I am so proud of you!!!

I just feel yucky. I can't eat either. I have had a few crackers, which would not usually be on my diet, but I don't feel too great and figured they might help. I am focusing on liquids for now. Don't wanna get dehydrated ya know. I did go ahead and push through my workout. I only did my Prevention dvd though. It is about 45 minutes long and includes a warm up, isolation routine, 2 15 minute cardio dance routines, and a 5 minute cool down. I wanted to do more, but right now that's all I can handle. Maybe more this evening, we'll see. Thanks for being here guys! You are all an inspiration and motivation for me. Without the team I would have probably not worked out today. Thanks!
Fluids is a good idea, not getting some kind of flu? Or maybe you are doing too much at once. Take things slow and work into it. Hang in there!

Hi Wildcats! Hope you're all having a great week. I've been going to the gym and getting there a little earlier so I can do some weights too. Went to happy hour last night - there were 5 plates of really good.....I mean nasty food and I only had one grilled shrimp. Passed on the chips and guacamole too. I hope it pays off this week! I really want to two pound weight loss!
Talk to you all soon!

Ok guys, I need some suggestions. I know, I know, don't weigh yourself in between weigh in days, but I did. This AM I weighed in at 2 lbs more, yes more, than I did on Saturday. I have kept myself very strict with my diet, and posted every single thing that passed my lips this week. I was under 1200 calories every single day. I have been drinking at leat 1 gallon of water every day. I have been exercising at least 1 hour every single day (some days more than that) I swear I have NOT cheated. So what the heck is going on??? Every morning my hands and feet feel bloated so I think that I may be just retaining water, but I don't feel like I eat a ton of salt or anything. And with drinking all that water you would think any salt I do eat would be flushed out quite quickly. What do you guys think I should do to get that scale moving. I have been working really hard and its really discouraging, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!! Linsey

Thanks for the well wishes. I have been up all night being sick. All that I ate yesterday was some crackers. Apparently a flu, my two little ones are sick too. We'll be fine, maybe I will reach my goal. I feel awful, but I am going to try to still workout at least for 15 minutes today. Even if it's just some mini weights working my triceps and stuff.
