My goals for the week:

1) get back on track with water and food
2) exercise (when I can actually walk again)

I danced for 3.5 hours on Saturday night with some old friends from college and had a BLAST but today I cannot walk. Hahaha - these old joints just aren't up for all that dancing anymore!!

I also wanted to say that I kinda meant maybe the Wild Cats and the Hot Rods could each have their own serious forum - and then have one cheering/bantering forum together - making there 3 forum threads not 4. I agree 4 is too much.

my goals for this week,
64 oz water per day,
keep up my walking ,
eat right ,no junk
the junk may be a little hard this week ,im going to be on night shift at work the next 2 weeks, i can do this, annia

oh, that's a really good idea about the forums.

Welcome aboard Kathy! (Sorry, I don't gots no sparklies. =(

My goals this week:

1.) Keep up the water and keep away from the soda.
2.) Stay on plan. (I keep having one reeeally bad night every week)
3.) Standardize the exercise and do it every night. (I picked up a couple videos to warm up with and some good shoes. I'm gonna keep trying the running.)
4.) Do the daily stuff from Kim. (I've been hit and miss, so far.)
5.) Avoid any major life altering crisis dealies. Avoid any major life anythings.
6.) Get the house around for the kids this weekend.
7.) Try to be a better buddy.

Goals for the week:

Keep up on the water drinking.
Limit my soda intake (I went from a 12pk of diet coke a day to one can every two or three days)
Take out my aggressions on my elliptical this week. (I quit smoking last Tuesday and I seem to find stress in everything around me right now)
Complete all of the team challenges.
Continue to stay within my WW points.
And lastly to be a good partner!!!

wow desiree way to go on the soda and the smoking! keep it up - the first weeks of the not smokinng are the hardest!
