hi All,
here's my plan for this week,

one exercise from each group daily,,,
30 minutes of exercise. \
I'm doing a new eating plan and it's different,,,so I'll just see how I do this week with it. It doesn't have any real set perimeters Yet.
I'm ball parking no more than 1500 calories....

Go kitties,,,,freebee

well whips it good SOUNDS great!!!!!!!!!
i could use that
sounds like Markie would be a great personal trainer
im seriously considering one now
i REALLY need one!!!!
im going to continue praying asking Jesus for the strength to keep losing this weight and NOT go up anymore
i have to admit its hard weighing and the scale going up
BUT
its a new day
and i know Jesus can and will help me
i will just wait on Him to give me the will power to say thats enough food for now
and stick to the 1200 cals to lose
it seems thats what my body needs to stick too to lose
im going to try to stay on track this week
yes im disappointed in myself but i wont give up
im thinking of putting an ad in the paper for a personal trainer lol

Sheila--YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Look how far you've come! Don't give up now! Start each day with a prayer and a plan to get through that day in a healthy way. Just concentrate on one day at a time! We're all here to encourage and support you in any way we can! Let's drop some pounds this week! I know you can do it!!!

Wild Cat Tips for Monday, January 21st
"How to Stay Young"
  • Quit beating yourself up about things you can't change--like your age.
  • Spend time with your upbeat friends. The mopers will only drain the enthusiasm from your life.
  • Keep exploring. Never lose your enthusiasm for new people, places, and ideas. Do not let your mind idle. An idle brain is the Devil's workshop--and the Devil goes by the name Alzheimer.
  • Laugh out loud and laugh hard. Laugh until your sides hurt and you're gasping for breath.
  • Seize every opportunity to control your own life. The feeling that your life is out of your control leads to stress and aging. Maintaining a sense of control can help you weather stress like water off a duck's back.
  • Crises happen. Grieve, accept, adjust, and move on. The only person who is with you your entire life is you. Be gentle and forgiving with yourself. Do your best, and let it go.
  • Your home is your safe and comfortable refuge. Surround yourself with the passions and loves of your life, whether it's family, pets, gardens, or friends--connectedness and social relationships will buffer you from stress and prevent premature aging.
  • Safeguard your health: If it's strong, protect it. If you have issues (as we all do sooner or later), address them. Almost anything is fixable if you seek help for the problem rather than ignoring it.
  • Try to do the things you fear most. When you confront your inner demons, they lose their power over you. Fate often saves the warrior whose courage endures. Courage is an acquired skill, like a foreign language or golf, that can be mastered only through regular practice.
  • Skip the guilt trips. Take a trip to the lake, to the coast, even overseas; but NOT back to where the guilt lives. Regrets will take you nowhere but down.
  • Every chance you get, remind the people you love how special they are to you, and how much you love them. Cherish the moment; celebrate your chance to be alive now.
