hey wild cats! sorry for not posting much this week...i had computer problems so couldnt get online much, but it's all solved now and i'm back stronger than ever! my week hasn't been too great, even though my food intake has become better. really need to start running more though!! and i will

Okay did workout for 25 minutes with Denise Austin. Boy did I sweat. Way to go everyone on your workouts this week. So proud of all of you. Hopefully next week will be a better week for me.

Good Evening Wildcats! I'm down a pound this week. I was aiming for two, but I could not seem to get out of bed this week. We had rain and cold, and it's so hard to get out of a warm bed. Anyway, I will get back on track next week.

It's great to see you on the forum, Erica! I'm so happy to hear you're making progress on your food intake. That's fantastic! I'm going to hold you to your commitment to start running (or doing other CARDIO) regularly. I'll be checking up on ya!

hmm, maybe i should make daily goals to get me back on my healthy routine...today's goals are:

+ eat 3 healthy meals
+ no snacking
+ drink water only
+ go for a 30-minute run
+ post my food intake and exercise in my blog

HI There People! I am Lisa and as you might know I have join the Team as of today and I am committing myself to help you win this challenge!
I plan to keep doing kind of the same as I have so far:
I exercise at least 4 times a week for 1 hr at least each day
this includes weight lifting and Cardiovascular activities.
As well as continue to control my food eating every
2-3 hrs small portions and protein supplements for when I am in a rush
so I don't skip any food. I hope you all have a great week and keep up the great work !!!

Yeah Lise!!! My goal is one pound per week... the slower it comes off, the slower it comes back on.

I see we're at the same weight... that's pretty neato!

Don't get down on yourself, one pound is highly respectable, and actually suggested by most MDs.
