My Goals For this Week......
1. To feel better
2. Drink Water
3. Walk atleast 3 miles a day
4. Do my ab exercises
5. Cheer on my wonderful teammates
6. post my walking
7. and of course stay within my points and write down every single thing

Sounds like you're off to a good start, Tanis!

My goals for the week are:

45 minutes of cardio per day (315 minutes for the week)
2 visits to the gym for weight lifting (2 full body workouts)
Drink my water
Keep calories in check
Try two new veggies

Hi everyone!

Wonder Woman's goals for the week =

- Run 3 days, walk 3 days and each for 40 minutes
- Weights for 20 minutes at least 5 days this week
- More water
- More sleep
- Add in and take my vitamins

I reached all my goals for last week so their going to be about the same for this week too

At least 45 mins of cardio per day and 25-30 mins of weight training 5 days.
Water!!!
Vitamins!!!
Keep on the eating plan I have been on!!!

Here are the goals for this week!

1. Try to stay under 1200 calories (no more than 1400), and eat right
2. Drink my 8 glasses of water daily!!!!
3. Keep hitting the gym 6 days a week.
4. Keep Blogging Daily
5. Keep Food Journaling Daily
6. No Chocolate
7. No Eating after 8pm

My goals for the week-
1. Walk my goal of 25 miles this week
2. try out the new "walk away the pound DVD atleast 3 times this week.
3. Drink water
4. encourgage my teammates more
