Ok I have done my 5 miles tonight. I must not have kept my speed up tonight. I did 35 min. but tonight it was right at 5 miles. OOPS!! I was watching that show on Oxygen Janice Dickinson Modeling. Good Grief. Wouldn't want to work with her. She must have slowed my speed down.

Diane be careful out there. I don't really like walking at night by myself.
My daughter is 3. I swear she knew her colors but today Red was purple. Good Grief. Then she did know how to count to atleast 5 alone 10 with help. But today it was 1,2, 6. So we worked on it a little longer. I tried not to get frustrated. Then she just wanted to color. Which was fine with me. We still went over the colors she just didn't realize it.
Good Luck on the potty training. That was tough!! Not so much with her. I have to say (Knock on wood) She was really really easy. She was 100 % potty trained by 3. Just because she wanted some Hannah Montana panties. She loves Hannah!! So does my son (but you didn't hear that from me)

Everyone Have a Terrific Night!! Im so glad to see everyone working so hard!!

Way to go, Tanis!

Went once around the block and decided risking a sprained ankle was not worth being outside so I finished my 45 minutes workout inside. 10 days in a row! Yay!

So Tasha, are we going to keep up the streak or take off Super Bowl Sunday and then finish out February without a break?

Great job Tanis!

Diane and Tasha, you girls are awesome!

Ok, I'm late with my report. I walked for 40 minutes tonight. I didn't get my weight lifting in. I know, I know, bad me. I have a small book club that I belong too and I didn't want to miss it. But, I promise you fellow Foxes that I will do double time tomorrow on it.

Have a great Hump Day everyone!

Zina great job on your walking 7.77 miles yesterday, Hey I can't find a darn pedometer that won't quit resetting any ideas of a great one? I would love to know how much I am walking!

Zina, lol, I thought you were walking on the treadmill everyday that much! Good Grief I was saying dang Zina is Hard core, she is on the ball! You are of course!

Lyssa, where are yas girl? Drinking ya water right, getting in some movement? Hope your ok, and not getting a bug!

Tanis my son is 4 and he is oh so stubborn I feel you on the shapes/numbers/alphabet!!! I found that fridge phonics by leapfrog help a lot! They are relatively inexpensive too like 15 bucks for a cute set at Walmart/kmart!
