Goals for week:
1. Most Important goal of the week for me is to stay off the scale. I weighed in the day after working out really hard last week and showed a gain which made me say "whatever" and skip my workout that day and not watch my food intake.
2. Exercise 6 days Cardio and resistance training
3. Stay OP <1600 Cal
4. Stay positive all week.
5. H2O intake
