I fell for the slimming tea (Is it Wu Yi?), spent quite a bit of money, have been drinking it morning and night for about a month now, and truly see no weight loss benefit it boasts.

The other benefits it brags about is digestive, which I can't judge from outside myself (I've always been a smooth moover anyway ) and that it is chock full of antioxidants, which I can't see either.

So, I don't know. I guess I'm putting my two cents in to tell what I have not seen in it. But like I said, maybe what you don't see, is helping the most. I don't believe I'll spend this much money on this particular green tea again!

I drink Green Tea for the health benefits (lots of antioxidants), not necessarily for weight loss. I just buy the Lipton Green Tea bags and brew it like regular tea (no sugar or sweetener). I drink it throughout most of the day in replace of the Pepsi I used to drink. I don't know if it contributes to weight loss, but it is very good for you!

I'm glad to hear that Molly! Then it's not a BIG waste with this stuff. I'll continue on with it after this Wu Yi stuff is gone, for a lot less money.

How's the caffeine in tea? Is it like coffee?

The caffeine in green tea is not as high as that of coffee, but it does the job for me. I also buy the Lipton de-caffeinated Green Tea to drink if I want the green tea in the evening, but don't want to end up awake all night!

I didn't know they made de-caf. I'll be looking for that! Caffeine can be a real craving and emotion trigger for me.

Good job, Anna!]
I try and drink green tea, too, for the health benefits, I really don't belive in "Diet Tea" But I do like the green teas, none of the diet teas really work fr me.
Well, I did my taebo "amped" and L5-8 and my crunches and bridges yesterday!
