My goals:
1 Stay on 10 glasses of water a day. I've been off lately
2 Try not to eat too much when Aunt Flow and TOM break into the house this week
3 I'd like to do 2 days with no grains, no dairy, and no soy (tues/thurs)
4 Get ready for my High School Reunion this weekend!!!!!

5 strength train 2 times, cardio 6 times, may not make yoga or swim this week as i'll be out of town on weekend
6 enjoy Sat night without overdoing it!!! you know, i'm a light weight now with the drinking - one of the benefits of losing weight and not drinking very often...
7 go to sleep by 11 every night
8 harrass KIM!!!!
