Went to the gym this a.m. 50min. on the eliptical; 10 min. on the stairclimber and 20 min. with the leg machines (weights). Plan to go out to eat with the ex husband tonight...taking our son out to eat before he goes back to college. I plan to try to eat some type of grilled fish and stay w/i calorie range for today!! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Ok, well I'm on the Wildcat team, and we give out these exercises each week to do an extra push. We usually do 4 a day. You can see them in the serious forums. One for the Hot Rods and one for the Wildcats. Hope that helps!
