Hi Everyone - I'm a newbie. Glad to be part of the Wildcats!!!
Yesterday I did 60 minutes of cardio and then 30minutes of climbing the stairs in our building at work.
Today I did a one hour spin class and a 10 minute walk to climb the stairs.
I was thinking last night that over the last 2 years when I've been trying to lose weight, everytime I get below 150 I start to sabotage my diet. Why do I do that? I really do want to lose this weight and get back to my pre-baby 3 size and weight. What's up with that?

Ran 6 miles on the treadmill on Thursday (10 min. miles) and walked another 1.5 miles.
Wed. I did 30 min. on the eliptical, 10 min. on the stairclimber and 30 min. with weights.
Tues. I ran 5 miles on the treadmill (about 50 min.) Thinking about taking the day off from cardio, but probably won't. Maybe I will just do 30 min. on the stationary bike. Will post later.

Didn't get the cardio in this afternoon but did do about 20 min. of floor exercises (abs, inner thighs, push ups). Just too tired; plan to head to the gym in the a.m.

Great job ladies
Welcome Lisa and Vickie
Kama the DVD I got I found at Costco it was $19.99 for a the DVD, hand weights, elastic band, waist band and arm bands. Incredible deal I thought and I just love it. Seems like a really good workout and its broken down into miles so if you just feel like doing 1,2,3 miles etc you can right up to 5 miles.

1. 65 mins. cardio with weights, arm bands and resistance elastic band DVD (new Leslie Sansone one I got that I just LOVE)
2. 65 mins. cardio and strength, 35 mins. treadmill - 2.09 miles YAY
3. 53 mins. cardio and strenth, 30 mins. on the treadmill in the evening instead of snacking - yippeeeeee
