Kama, my Get Ripped Video is actually a lady who is a personal trainer by the name of Jari Love. Need to get back into a solid strength training type program. I have been slacking for way too long.

Have a great day everyone! Movement is the key I think for me. JUST DO SOMETHING I tell myself hehe....

1. 65 mins. cardio with weights, arm bands and resistance elastic band DVD (new Leslie Sansone one I got that I just LOVE)
2. 65 mins. cardio and strength, 35 mins. treadmill - 2.09 miles YAY
3. 53 mins. cardio and strenth, 30 mins. on the treadmill in the evening instead of snacking - yippeeeeee
4. 65 mins. cardio and strength, 30 mins. treadmill (so I am a creature of habit what can I say?) lol
5. 60 mins. water aerobics, 30 min. walk (cut short cause it was too dang cold out), 30 mins. treadmill
6. 40 mins. treadmill, 35 mins. cardio DVD, another 35 mins. on the treadmill
7. 65 mins. cardio and strength DVD, 25 mins. mini tramp.
8. 50 mins. mini tramp., 40 mins. strength and cardio DVD, treadmill 40 mins.
9. 45 mins. cardio and weights DVD, 20 mins. treadmill (all I could fit in but I actually jogged longer on the treadmill than I have ever done not just fast walking so I'm proud and feeling great)
10. 18 mins. treadmill, 30 mins. cardio dvd, 25 mins. mini tramp after supper
11. 52 mins. cardio and weights DVD 4 miles, 25 mins. mini tramp
12. 60 mins. water aerobics, 53 mins. cardio DVD with weights
13. 10 mins. treadmill and thats it - TOO much company all day long but back on track now - GOTTA BE
14. 30 mins. treadmill at a new higher level, 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD cardio with weights, 60 mins. water aerobics tonight
15. 30 mins. treadmill, 55 mins. 4 mile Leslie Sansone DVD, 45 mins. on treadmill while watching The Biggest Loser

now I'm tired and its bedtime

1. 45 minute walk, and 8 team challenges.
2. 30 minute taebo cardio, 15 min team challenges, and calisthenics, tonite.
3. 15 minute team challenges, just arm work, was really sick
4. not sure how much I will be able to do today, may try to do my challenge today, depends on how I feel. Sorry you all
5. no exercise today or yesterday, very sick
6. better today, but still taking it easy, will try some exercise tomorrow3
7. doing 15 minutes of team challenges today
8. doing the above again today, and 60 crunches, 60 bridges and 60 triceps

lifts.
9. same as above, having to be careful due to my lung congestion, so am increasing my strength workouts

11. will do the same
12.doing the above again today, and 60 crunches, 60 bridges, took the Christmas tree down, clean house and did laundry, took me all afternoon, and I am sore, lol
13. break today

15. 36 minute(2 mile) Leslie Sansone Walk Strong, 15 minute team challenges and a 2 hour grocery shopping trip!
16. woke up late this morning, will do my 45 minute hip hop abs tonite and 15 min team challenges this afternoon! I also did 60 crunches, 45 triceps lifts and 60 bridges!

Jan. 7 - 30 min. yoga, 4 x 25 crunches, 5(5 x 10) Butt exercises, 30 min. elliptical
Jan. 8 - 45 min + 30 = 75 min. of walking, 5(5 x 10) Butt exercises
Jan. 9 - 30 min. on the elliptical, 45 min. walk, 5(5 x 10) Butt exercises
Jan. 10 - 40 min. walk, 45 min. on the elliptical, 4 x 25 crunches
Jan. 11 - 45 min. walk, 60 min of pilates, 5(5 x 10) Butt exercises
Jan. 12 - 5(5 x 10) Butt exercises, 60 min. on the elliptical (watching TV and time flies...lol), 4 x 25 crunches
Jan. 13 - 5(5 x 10) Butt ex's, 2 x 25 crunches, 2 x 26 alternating oblique twists, 2 x 15 girl pushups
Jan. 14 - 5(5 x 10) Butt ex's
Jan. 15 - 15 min. elliptical, 50 min. strength training (Get Ripped video), 45 min. walk
Jan. 16 - 50 min strength training, 45 min. walk, 4 x 25 crunches
