Went to the gym....70 min. on the treadmill (7 miles) and 20 min. with weights (chest and tri's). Whew!!!!!!!! Tired!!!!!!!!

1. 60 minutes brisk dog walk, 20 min stretch, 10 minutes sprint, walk in Target with 2 year old , 15 min team challenges
2. 80 min elliptical, 15 min stretch, 20 min strength training, 30 min for 2 dog walks
3. 60 min elliptical, 15 min stretch, 20 min for 2 dog walks (brrrrrrrr), plus 5 min team challenges
4. 35 min elliptical, 15 minute stretch, will do some team challenges and maybe a longer dog walk tonight, this morn was a mere 7 min. Okay got a 45 min dog walk in just now, plus a pre-dinner 15 min run in the house chasing my son. man is he fast!
5. 90 min dog/kid walks plus running up and down hill, 13 min elliptical, 20 min swim, 10 min stretch
6. 90 min walk part with dog part solo to gym, 90 min yoga, 30 min strength train, another 40 min walk
7. 90 min walk (to and from grocery store and with groceries, kid and dog ), 20 min stretch/crunches, 90 min walk
8. 30 min walk, some snow romping slowly for 1 hour with kids and friend, 20 min stretch/jumping jacks and other random things like crunches and bridges with child climbing on me(extra weight, I guess )
9. 66 min elliptical, 35 min strength train/stretch, 40 min walk (2 x 20)
10. nada
11. 40 min jog/run, 25 min dog walk, 30 min stretch/strength train, perform "dance routines" to about 3-4 songs with my son after seeing his first dance performance last night!
12. 90 min walk (3 x 30), 60 min or so of ice skating with son - not super cardio, but super fun!
13. 60 min dog walk, 10 min treadmill run, 90 min yoga, 30 min strength train
14. 45 min walk, 20 min stretch/pushups/abs, 120 min out in snow shoveling, sledding, pulling kid in sled, chasing dog, carrying tired kid, etc...

Debbie...you sure have variety in your workouts....I'm impressed. I need to try some new things but I am stuck in the same old routine! Have a great day, girls!!

Great job, ladies!
Yes, Vickie variety does help, and is good for your muscles, don't want to be working the same ones everyday, gives them a break and you don't get bored.

1. 45 minute walk, and 8 team challenges.
2. 30 minute taebo cardio, 15 min team challenges, and calisthenics, tonite.
3. 15 minute team challenges, just arm work, was really sick
4. not sure how much I will be able to do today, may try to do my challenge today, depends on how I feel. Sorry you all
5. no exercise today or yesterday, very sick
6. better today, but still taking it easy, will try some exercise tomorrow3
7. doing 15 minutes of team challenges today
8. doing the above again today, and 60 crunches, 60 bridges and 60 triceps

lifts.
9. same as above, having to be careful due to my lung congestion, so am increasing my strength workouts

11. will do the same
12.doing the above again today, and 60 crunches, 60 bridges, took the Christmas tree down, clean house and did laundry, took me all afternoon, and I am sore, lol
13. break today

15. 36 minute(2 mile) Leslie Sansone Walk Strong, 15 minute team challenges and a 2 hour grocery shopping trip!

Jan. 8 - 45 min + 30 = 75 min. of walking, 5(5 x 10) Butt exercises
Jan. 9 - 30 min. on the elliptical, 45 min. walk, 5(5 x 10) Butt exercises
Jan. 10 - 40 min. walk, 45 min. on the elliptical, 4 x 25 crunches
Jan. 11 - 45 min. walk, 60 min of pilates, 5(5 x 10) Butt exercises
Jan. 12 - 5(5 x 10) Butt exercises, 60 min. on the elliptical (watching TV and time flies...lol), 4 x 25 crunches
Jan. 13 - 5(5 x 10) Butt ex's, 2 x 25 crunches, 2 x 26 alternating oblique twists, 2 x 15 girl pushups
Jan. 14 - 5(5 x 10) Butt ex's
Jan. 15 - 15 min. elliptical, 50 min. strength training (Get Ripped video), 45 min. walk

that stair climber is intense isn't it??? Nice going all! As to my variety, recently much of it is 2 year old driven and winter driven. I do like to add new things but I'm being really careful as I just ended a round of Phys therapy recently. So, swim, yoga, walk, elliptical, and some running just started - those are my main things plus strength training. i like the bike, too.

15. 65 min elliptical, 20 min swim, 20 min stretches/sun salutations, more sledding in morning and afternoon - walking, running up hill, pulling wagon up hill with 2 kids, playing with dog, a 2 song dance workout in the kitchen and 15 min dog walking
