I'm here partner....Oye I just finshed my crappy work schedule now I can get back on focus!

My goals:
STOP EATING OUT THIS WEEK!!! NO MORE FAST FOOD!!
Keep my calories under 1500 per day.
Workout at least 3 days and log 15 miles by the end of the week.
Log my food intake everyday
No more chocolate or cookies this week.
Take my vitamins everyday!

Wrap my husbands christmas presents, and clean my house!! (slightly off topic but a goal none the less.)

Completed C3 & C4. Stayed OP. Drank 8 glasses of H20 and took my Vitamin! Met all of the goals for today! Have a great night and I will be back tomorrow!!!!

stayed op today. had lots of water. did 100 situps and 75 reverse crunches. didn't get to walk but I'll walk extra tomorrow. way to go kama, jess, and everyone else on their workouts.

Great plan Melissa. Great workouts Dawn and Tonya.

Okay, I didn't do too well with staying OP today but then, I wasn't really sure what that was going to be till today. I promise to do better with that tomorrow.

I did get in a workout today though. It was a little slower than it used to be but at least I got it in. Two and a half miles on the Gazelle took me 31 1/2 minutes.

Feeling an annoying, nagging nausea today. Nothing major but annoying all the same. If this is as bad as it gets it's fine.
