Goals for the week:

1. eat no more than 1000 cals. a day

2. eat no more than 30 fat grams a day

3. drink lots of water

4. eat alot of fat free food

5. support my teammates and my partner

6. walk at least 2 miles 5 days this week

7. do crunches and weights 5 days a week

8. put up with my cranky, emotional, and pregnant SIL but I love ya very much

Goals:

1. Stay OP South Beach (Back to Stage 1)
2. Drink 8 glasses H2O per day.
3. Do 4 Strength Exercises per day 6-7 Days per Week.
4. Cardio:Slim in 6 DVD 6-7 Days per Week.
5. Take my Viatmins

I need to focus more, especially this time of year!!!

o guys ive gotten away from weighing in etc
its so hard over the holidays
i sure love ya all
and i will be back at in the new year
its just hard i cant even record im never home anymore lol
anyways i will get back at it soon i know
i have to admit i love this time of year but when your trying to lose weight its really rough i guess thats why the diets start in the new year?
im going to try to keep in cals down
more healthy foods to snack on instead of christmas baking ikesssssssss
i think i will be offering more vege trays at parties cause ive eaten wayyyyyyyyy to many goodies already

love you guys dont worry im not giving up totally just over the holidays its wayyyyyyy to hard

Hi Shelia,,,,see you next year. I do understand.
But this year I'm trying not to give in. We have health issues over here when you get older. So I'm trying to be good, so i feel good.

here's the plan for this week:
no more than 1500 cal. per day
treadmill 20 min. Monday, Wed and Fri.
Tues and thurs 20 minutes of something
C1,,U1 and L2 daily,,,
take vitamins....

go cats,,,go!!!

You could always do pool excercises, but being winter not recommended, my bad.

Good job you all! Shari, will check out your blog in a bit, hope you are ok?
Will do C1-4 today, go for a 20 min walk at lunch, and did my taebo cardio and will do my floor stuff tonite!

I'm doing fine and my son is better, no more colds,Thanks for asking.
If you have snoring husbands Breathe Right works, my husband got it and has been using it and my god I have never slept better.
