Anyways I'd wanna join too!!!!
Monday morning -- 20 mins treadmill
My plans are to walk 40 more minutes before the day = 60 mins walking.

I'm so glad to have your support ladies. Maybe this is just the thing to kick me in high gear!!
I'm so glad the goals arn't really high because I'm never able to reach them. I get so discouraged, but not this time!!

Way to go Jane and Kama !!! And have a great work out day everyone! It is cold (-15 C with a little wind) here but I am taking the bus half way to work and walking the rest so that is about 20 minutes of walking.

Week #1

Dec. 1 - 45 min. elliptical
Dec. 2 - 60 min. of strength training & 5 Butt exercises: 4 x 10 each -kickbacks, hip thrusts, squats, walking lunges, mule kicks
Dec. 3 - 60 min. of yoga and 45 min. walk !!! Started walking to the bus terminal and it was nice enough to walk. Minus 15, but very little wind, I WILL TAKE IT!

I walked this morning, am planning on walking in a few minutes. Then last walk will be after dinner tonight!

1. 60 mins. water aerobics
2. 30 mins. treadmill 1.72 miles, 50 mins. 4 fast miles DVD
3. 20 mins. mini tramp, 30 mins. treadmilll 1.78 miles, 35 mins. strength & cardio DVD
