Way to go Jane and Kama !!! And have a great work out day everyone! It is cold (-15 C with a little wind) here but I am taking the bus half way to work and walking the rest so that is about 20 minutes of walking.
Week #1
Dec. 1 - 45 min. elliptical
Dec. 2 - 60 min. of strength training & 5 Butt exercises: 4 x 10 each -kickbacks, hip thrusts, squats, walking lunges, mule kicks
Dec. 3 - 60 min. of yoga and 45 min. walk !!! Started walking to the bus terminal and it was nice enough to walk. Minus 15, but very little wind, I WILL TAKE IT!
