Love that commitment you guys. You did amazing. Glad you are feeling better Kama and thanks Lori, switching activity was really helpful during the holidays. It was something I had to do (use equipment where I could or just do SOME kind of activity) and it really help me is so many ways to think of this forum and MAKE the activity a part of my day. NO MATTER WHAT. (well I missed a couple days but I figure with stress, it was like a different kind of a workout... half laugh.. :P )


Week # 4

Mon. Dec. 24 - 45 min. stationary recumbent bike
Tue. Dec. 25 - 65 min. on the bike, 60 min. walk
Wed. Dec. 26 - 45 min. on the bike
Thurs. Dec. 27 - REALLY should have exercised with stress, but I did not feel like eating (long story I may make short in a blog) - I did get in my butt exercises 5(5 x 10) and 4 x 25 of my crunches
Fri. Dec. 28 - 30 min. on an Arc Trainer (cross between an elliptical and an ski-type machine)
Sat. Dec. 29 and 30 - there was not much time for anything (rush rush....)
SO glad to be HOME !!!!
Mon. Dec. 31 - 30 min. on the elliptical, Butt exercises 5(5 x 10) and 4 x 25 crunches

The scale says I maintained but I am weighing in tomorrow! Cheers everyone. Happy New Year!

WAY to go Kama! That is awesome.

Did not count strength training, pilates, yoga, calisthenics, etc. Just counted cardio and walking of course and my total was 1250 minutes. I would have never done 40 minutes a day of cardio on average in the month of December with out this challenge. Thank you YOU Rock!

3. 20 mins. mini tramp, 30 mins. treadmilll 1.78 miles, 35 mins. strength & cardio DVD
4. 30 mins. treadmill, 50 mins. 4 fast miles DVD, 35 mins. 3 miles cardio
5. 25 mins. mini tramp, 35 mins. 3 miles cardio, 20 mins. treadmill
6. 25 mins. mini tramp, 30 mins. treadmill 1.81 miles, 35 mins. 3 miles jogging DVD, 20 mins. on treadmill to escape munchies - IT WORKED!!!!
7. 25 mins. mini tramp., 50 mins. cardio DVD 4 fast miles,
8. 60 mins. water aerobics, dancing, dancing, dancing and more dancing
9. absolutely nothing, will call it a break, but really was just very very lazy and tired
10. 30 mins. treadmill, 40 mins. strength and cardio DVD, 1 hr. swimming
water aerobics tonight
11. 25 mins. mini tramp. DVD, 50 mins. 4 fast miles DVD, 40 mins. treadmill
12. 50 mins. treadmill, 22 mins. treadmill, 50 mins. 4 fast miles DVD
13. 50 mins. 4 fast miles DVD
14. 35 mins. 3 fast miles DVD
15. 40 mins. treadmill
16. 37 mins. treadmill
17. 50 mins. 4 fast miles, 40 mins. treadmill
18. 50 mins. 4 fast miles DVD
19. 35 mins. treadmill 2.2 miles, 15 mins. 1 mile jog DVD, 1 hr. water aerobics tonight
20. 35 mins. treadmill, 50 mins. 4 fast miles
21. 50 mins. 4 fast miles DVD
22. 60 mins. water aerobics and all I have time for today, hosting Christmas celebration at my house with hubby's side of the family tonight
23. 50 min. brisk winter walk with hubby and son (loved it), 20 mins. treadmill
24. 45 min. winter walk, 60 mins. water aerobics, 35 mins. treadmill - 2.09 miles
25. tobogganing 1 hr 20 mins. with my nieces and nephews - lotsa walking up the hill HAD A BLAST!!!!! (something the new Lori got to do that the old Lori missed out on)
26. 40 mins. strength and cardio DVD, 30 mins. treadmill - 2 miles, 1 hr. 10 min. winter walk and now I am pooped LOL
27. 45 mins. water aerobics-cardio pump (wow awesome workout), treadmill 45 mins. 2.8 miles
28. water aerobics 60 mins.
29. water aerobics 60 mins. (taking advantage of being off work), 40 mins. strenght training
30. new DVD (love it) 65 mins. cardio with weights and resistance bands (total of 5 miles)
31. water aerobics 60 mins., dancing dancing dancing
