1. 60 mins. water aerobics
2. 30 mins. treadmill 1.72 miles, 50 mins. 4 fast miles DVD
3. 20 mins. mini tramp, 30 mins. treadmilll 1.78 miles, 35 mins. strength & cardio DVD
4. 30 mins. treadmill, 50 mins. 4 fast miles DVD, 35 mins. 3 miles cardio
5. 25 mins. mini tramp, 35 mins. 3 miles cardio, 20 mins. treadmill
6. 25 mins. mini tramp, 30 mins. treadmill 1.81 miles, 35 mins. 3 miles jogging DVD, 20 mins. on treadmill to escape munchies - IT WORKED!!!!
7. 25 mins. mini tramp., 50 mins. cardio DVD 4 fast miles,
8. 60 mins. water aerobics, dancing, dancing, dancing and more dancing
9. absolutely nothing, will call it a break, but really was just very very lazy and tired
10. 30 mins. treadmill, 40 mins. strength and cardio DVD, 1 hr. swimming
water aerobics tonight
11. 25 mins. mini tramp. DVD, 50 mins. 4 fast miles DVD, 40 mins. treadmill
12. 50 mins. treadmill, 22 mins. treadmill, 50 mins. 4 fast miles DVD

1. 45 minute Fat to Firm video and 15 min team challenges!
2. Break today, Sunday
3. 30 minutes taebo cardio and will do 15 min team challenges and my floor routine!
4. didn't get up on time to workout today, not feeling well. but will walk at least 20 minutes at lunch and do my team challenges and my floor work!
5. 36 minutues taebo cardio, will do 15 minutes of team challenges and my floor work
6. 33 minutes Leslie Sasone walk strong, will do 15 minutes, and 10 minutes floor work!
7.36 minutues taebo cardio, will do 15 minutes of team challenges and my floor work
8. 55 minute Billy Blanks Boot camp, and 15 min of team challenges
9. break on Sunday
10. 36 min taebo cardio, will walk for 20 min at lunch, and do 15 min of team challenges, and then 60 crunches, butt bridges and triceps lift tonite!
11. 33 minutes Leslie Sansone Walk and Kick dvd, will do my 15 min team challenges, and my floor exercises! and did my team challenges and floor work again last nite!
12. 30 min taebo cardio, 15 min of team challenges and 10 min of floor work!
13. 30 minute Leslie Sansone Walk Strong(2miles) 15 min team challenges, and 10 minute floor exercise!

Dec. 8 - 30 min. elliptical
Dec. 9 - 5 Butt exercises 5 x 10 each
Dec. 10 - 60 min. pilates (did leg routine 2x), 45 min. elliptical, 50 crunches
Dec. 11 - 45 min. walk, 5 Butt exercises - 5 (6 x 10)
Dec. 12 - 45 min. walk, 30 min. elliptical, 15 min. weights
Dec. 13 - 30 min. elliptical, 30 min. walk in deep snow (lol), 50 min. of strength training
