5. 25 mins. mini tramp, 35 mins. 3 miles cardio, 20 mins. treadmill
6. 25 mins. mini tramp, 30 mins. treadmill 1.81 miles, 35 mins. 3 miles jogging DVD, 20 mins. on treadmill to escape munchies - IT WORKED!!!!
