It's a new week Wildcats! Let's be diligent in getting rid of the excess us. I don't know about you but I have about 20 lbs of excess me. Now is the time to get rid of it. We have 35 days till New Year's Day. I'd like to be able to start off the new year with a different resolution than, I'm going to lose x amount of weight this year. Something more along the lines of "I'm going to reach my goal weight by x date and start working on something else for a change." Who is with me? Let's really work hard the next 35 days and get as much of this weight off as we can. That's 5 weeks. It's completely possible to lose at least 10 lbs by the new year. Let's get pumped up motivationally and keep each other pumped to lose this weight!

Well, I believe you CAN do it!!! You just need to get the right mindset and realize you're going to have to work for it.

On that note, let me say this to ALL of the Wildcats:

I don't want to hear any bad attitudes this week! We CAN lose this weight. It is physically possible. The question is, where is your attitude? In the negative or the positive? If your answer is anything other than positive, CHANGE it! NOW! We are all capable of reaching our goals but we let set backs put us in the wrong mindset. It's time we put a stop to that!

Remember cats, we can do it!

I'm impressed. It's been less than an hour and I've already gotten 5 responses to my team email. I actually got one (Barry) while I was still sending them out! I just wanted to say thanks for the quick responses. We've got an awesome team!
