3.Sorry all, didn't get my triceps lifts in last nite, was busy with Ted, and then I got so tired I forgot! Will do my 55 minute Billy Blanks Boot camp dvd today and 15 minutes of Team challenges!

5. No cardio, today due to my banged up foot. Will do 4 team challenges and 60 butt bridges and 60 crunches and 60 triceps lifts today, total of 30 minutes
6.no exercise today, was wiped out, sorry
7. 60 crunches, butt bridges, triceps lifts, 2 sets of team challenges and 100 each side leg lifts=30 minutes!!
8. 60 crunches, butt bridges and 50 inner, outer and straight up leg lifts, gonna do another 50 tonite. also did my 4 teams challenges! This was about 40 minutes.
