Glad to hear you're feeling better. Way to go on the CARDIO today. Enjoy your rehearsal...sounds like a great way to get in some extra cardio.

Hey Guys, I see lots of you are off to a great start. :-)

Boy what a day! I'm not sure if you're aware of what's happening in So. Cal, so I'll brief you. We're getting Santa Ana winds like crazy, and we have several different wild fires burning rapidly too. Of course, the winds aren't helping. So, that's what's going on. Well, I've mentioned before that I commute to work. This morning, as I was headed towards the freeway, I ended up driving in a dustball! It was crazy, the power was out (winds) and the police had blocked the main road out of town as well as the back way. I called work and let them know there is an alternate route, but it might be closed too, and I'd be late. The alt. was open (darn).
I work at an Indian Casino. I am a supervisor in the Guest Services Dept. Well, the fire was getting kinda close to the casino, and I had to brief the employees about evacuating the casino if need be. I thought I would have to keep everyone calm, but no one was afraid. They were excited that they might go home early. LoL, I swear, these kids today have a zippo work ethic.
TOM is comming next week, and this is my week where I dragggggg. I got a really bad headache too. :-( But I managed to do my first Slim in 6 Video. It was harder than it looked. Right, Deb ;-) Does anyone have advice for what I'm going through as far as TOM goes? I just want to veg out. But I get like Nike and "JUST DO IT" haha.
DH and I are gonna try a local gym that we have a pass to. Well, he says he's gonna go. But I'll go w/o him if I have to.
Kinda disappointed at my loss this week. I hope I don't upset anyone if you didn't lose this week. It's just weird. Last week, I ate a max of 1,400 cal and lost more than this week. Gets me thinking: Am I retaining water already? Should I change what I'm eating? Did going to the buffet really do that much damage?? What do you guys think?

So, without further ado, here's my plan:
Eat no more than 1,400 calories a day.
Do 90 min of cardio every other day, and 60 min of cardio and strength training for the other days with one day of rest.
Drink 3 liters of water.
Take my vitamin
Reject all bites that DH offers me (guess they can really add up)
If my boss invites me to the buffet, tell him to shove it.
LMAO, just kidding on that last one. I'm a good girl. I'll politely decline.

Good job, Danna and Mary! Yes Mary, Heard about the fires, keeping you all in my prayers, I used to live out there, and went thru some fires my self. We get them here in AZ, too.
Cindy, doing good on the triceps work, only do them every other day. Thanks for checking on me! Everyone is doing great! I did get in my floor exercise, and did my triceps tonite, too!

Hey all--Great jobs on your workouts yesterday! I'm having some major back and shoulder issues (it is even painful just to sit here). Anyway, I only did 25 minutes of CARDIO (intense) yesterday hoping to give it a rest, but it didn't do any good. I got up early this morning and did a 30 minute INTENSE CARDIO (that's for you Cindy) workout on the treadmill. I will do at least 30 more minutes of CARDIO this evening.

Molly, hope you feel better real soon. Back pain is always so difficult to deal with and can make you feel bad all over. Great job on the cardio workout, way to not give into the pain!! Love you, take care of yourself!

Thanks so much for the kind thoughts, Danna! I'm sitting here at work just wanting to go home and lay down, but can't do that today!

Awww, Molly sorry you don't feel well! I'm a bit under the weather too, hoping it is just allergies. I overlspet this morning so will have to do my workout tonite, along with my nightly floor work. Will do C5-8 today, too! Have a great day!
